I was born and raised in Central Florida. After attending college in both Florida and Nevada, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. My marriage took me to the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1982, after having two children, I began my real estate career selling luxury homes in exclusive Blackhawk Country Club. In addition to my work with buyers and sellers of these exclusive homes, I also obtained my certification in Residential Real Estate Appraising at the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2003 and became a Sales Associate for The Toni Everett Company. I specialize in representing luxury home buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay Area. My years in real estate have led me to the philosophy that there are no "good" or "bad" markets in real estate. The only true markets are Buyers Markets and Sellers Markets.
